1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or using any services provided by JODHANASOFT DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all business clients and visitors.

2. Nature of Services

The Company is a technology service provider offering software-enabled facilitation services exclusively on a B2B basis. We are not a bank, NBFC, wallet provider, payment aggregator, or lending institution. All transactions are client-initiated and executed by regulated banks or authorized third parties.

3. Eligibility

Services are available only to registered businesses. Individuals, retail users, or non-business entities are not eligible to onboard or use our services.

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete business and KYC information during onboarding
  • Use services only for legitimate business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and our policies
  • Not engage in prohibited activities (fraud, money laundering, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and API keys

5. Prohibited Use of Services

Users and clients shall not use the services of JODHANASOFT DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for any unlawful, prohibited or restricted activities including but not limited to cryptocurrency, gaming, betting, gambling, money laundering, fraud, or activities prohibited by RBI or Indian law.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in case of misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts solely as a technology facilitator and is not liable for:

  • Delays or failures in transaction execution by banks/third parties
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if any violation of these terms, compliance policies, or regulatory requirements is detected.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
