Refund Policy

Clear and Transparent Refund Guidelines

1. General Policy

All fees, charges, and payments made to JODHANASOFT DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for setup, subscription, transaction processing, or any other services are strictly non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Onboarding / Setup fees
  • Monthly or annual subscription charges
  • API integration or customization fees
  • Transaction processing fees (per transaction or volume-based)
  • Any charges for manual processing or support services
  • Fees for compliance, KYC, or documentation services

3. No Refunds for Service Usage

Once a service has been activated, accessed, or used (even partially), no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with service features or performance
  • Change in business requirements
  • Technical issues on the client's end
  • Non-usage after payment

4. Transaction Fees on Successful Payouts

Fees charged for successful transaction processing (payouts, bill payments, etc.) are final and non-refundable, even if the end beneficiary rejects or returns the payment for any reason.

5. Exceptions (Limited)

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases, at the sole discretion of the Company:

  • Accidental double payment of the exact same invoice (proof required)
  • Technical error on our platform leading to incorrect overcharging (verified by our team)

Such cases must be reported within 7 days of the transaction via email to Jodhanasoft2025@gmail.com.

6. No Cash Refunds for Prepaid Balances

Any prepaid or advance balances deposited for future transactions are non-refundable and will be adjusted only against future legitimate usage.

7. Termination or Suspension

In case of account termination or suspension (due to policy violation or otherwise), no refund will be issued for any unused portion of fees or prepaid balances.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
