JODHANASOFT DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does NOT provide services for, and strictly prohibits usage of its platform for any of the following activities:

  • Cryptocurrency trading, mining, exchange, or virtual digital assets (VDA)
  • Online gaming, betting, gambling or wagering
  • Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, MLM-based money circulation
  • Cyber fraud, phishing, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Illegal lending, unregistered NBFC activities
  • Adult content, narcotics, or any activity prohibited under Indian law
  • Any activity restricted by RBI, banks, or regulatory authorities

Any violation of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and reporting to banks or authorities as required under law.
